The service

Notes is a family-only AI chat. It is provided as-is for household use, not as a public or commercial product. Features may change as the family updates the app.

Accounts and access

• You must sign in with Google or GitHub.
• A family administrator must approve you before you can chat. Until then, your account stays pending.
• Access can be revoked. You must not share your account or invite people outside the family.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Notes only for legitimate family purposes. You must not:

• Try to access another member's chats, search, or profile credentials.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the app or its APIs.
• Use Notes to create or save unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Submit other people's private information unless they expect it to be stored in this family app.

AI replies

Replies are generated by Google Gemini. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Notes is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or school that completes graded work for a student. You remain responsible for how you use any answer.

Saving to other services

If you connect Microsoft Graph / OneNote, Notion, or Evernote, you are responsible for those accounts and for the content you send there. Credentials you paste into your profile are stored encrypted and are not displayed again. Disconnect a provider if you no longer want Notes to use it.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy. Chat history and search are kept per user.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Google Cloud, Google or GitHub sign-in, Gemini, or a connected notes provider may be unavailable at times.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. The Tecu Family is not liable for lost notes, incorrect AI output, or issues caused by third-party services such as Google, GitHub, Microsoft, Notion, or Evernote.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
